Your Disciplines define the types of courses that you can teach, you should have taken a separate AHA Instructor Course to gain each one of these disciplines. However if you have taken a BLS Instructor Course it also covers Heartsaver, as it supersedes it. The same applies to PEARS & PALS, if you have taken a PALS Instructor Course. PALS Supersedes PEARS and you are also a PEARS Instructor by default. This does not apply to any other scenarios, such as taking an ACLS Instructor does not make you a BLS Instructor. Likewise, taking a PEARS Instructor Course does not make you a PALS Instructor.
